Primary requirement :
Sourcing and Contracting:
We are looking to engage experienced professionals in Source-to-Contract (S2C) roles with strong capabilities across sourcing and legal contracting. This requirement spans two complementary functional areas: Sourcing (S2C) and contracting.
SOURCING / PROCUREMENT – S2C Focus Only
Role Focus:
We are specifically hiring for S2C (Source-to-Contract) roles. Candidates must demonstrate end-to-end sourcing experience, from understanding stakeholder requirements through executing sourcing strategies and supporting contract finalization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather procurement requirements and align sourcing goals.
Define and lead sourcing strategies tailored to business objectives.
Conduct supplier engagement and negotiations, particularly on commercial terms.
Drive savings initiatives using defined methodologies.
Conduct market research, benchmarking, supply scouting, and supplier performance assessments.
Mandatory Scope Clarification:
This role is strictly S2C-focused. Please do not submit profiles that are solely experienced in:
P2P (Procure-to-Pay)
OTC (Order-to-Cash)
Vendor Management
eRFX-only execution
Operational procurement or transactional roles
Open to candidates with sourcing experience across any category: Real Estate, Facilities, Marketing, construction, or professional Services.
Preferred:
Candidates who may have exposure to the above processes, but whose core experience lies in S2C strategic sourcing.
Additional Preferences:
Indirect sourcing experience is preferred.
Prior experience in client-facing engagements, especially with clients in North America or EMEA regions, is highly desirable.
CONTRACTING – Legal & Commercial Clause Negotiation
Role Focus:
Looking for professionals with demonstrated ability to review, draft, and negotiate procurement-related contracts, including experience working with both client and supplier templates.
Key Requirements:
Deep understanding of legal clauses, corporate legal agreements, and redline reviews.
Hands-on experience with:
Contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation
Review of supplier markups and ensuring alignment with organizational/legal standards.
Collaboration with legal, commercial, and sourcing teams to close contracts efficiently.
Experience handling procurement contracts on the buy-side, including those with global exposure.
Proficiency in CLMT tools (Contract Lifecycle Management Tools) is a strong advantage.
Category exposure: Marketing or Real Estate is helpful, but not mandatory—open to any category.
Education:
A legal degree or LLM is preferred, but not mandatory if relevant contracting experience exists.
