A. Position Purpose
Looking for a technical business analyst with experience in baking project for RBL bank Finance domain
projects. The candidate should adapt to the requirement gathering as well as change analysis.
Stakeholders& 39; management experience will be added advantage. Knowledge of Financial department
software like BALM, Procurement systems etc should be preferred.
Position Responsibilities
Sr. Key Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the
incumbent to perform)
1 Play the role of a Project Coordinator / Department Lead for all Applications as well as
requirements in Finance domain.
2 End to end delivery of project in waterfall methodology / Agile
3 Requirement Documentation and solution design.
4 Infrastructure analysis and deployments
5 Test cases/ Test Data preparation and UAT testing.
6 Liaise with business, Application vendors and other stakeholders within bank
7 Play a key role in ensuring delivery from offshore vendors is on time and of high
quality as per agreed SLAs
B. Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications
Essential Bachelors in Engineering/ BSC (IT) / MSC (IT) / Degree in Computer
Application
Certification in Finance is preferable.

Essential 5-7 Years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Financials/ Accounting concepts, Tax ( Direct &
Indirect), Asset and Liability Management, Fund Transfer Policy, BALM
& BASEL, Latest Financial news.
