Job Requirement

• Maintain and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure, including Citrix Cloud components.
• Perform routine system maintenance, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning
• Manage user sessions, machine catalogues, delivery groups, policies, and profile management.
• Maintain & support the deployment of Workspace App to the endpoints and
• Monitor Citrix services and infrastructure health to ensure proactive incident prevention.
• Provide Level 3 technical support to Citrix users via phone, email, and/or remote access.
• Perform problem analysis and troubleshoot issues of low to moderate complexity with minimal guidance.
• Provide consultation to end-user queries and fulfil service requests in accordance with defined SLAs.
• Drive operational efficiency by automating manual processes.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in change management, problem management, and release activities aligned with ITIL practices
• Required to work in shift hours APAC and EMEA. Based on maintenance during weekends
Experience and Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable discipline.
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (version 2402 or later) and Citrix Cloud administration. Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of Windows Client OS (Windows 10/11), Windows Server OS (2019/2022 or later), Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and authentication mechanisms.
• Knowledge of infrastructure virtualization technologies such as Nutanix or VMware.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
