Job Title Contact Center - Senior Service Experience Emissary (Insurance) Grade AM/DM Department Banking Outbound Location Umang Tower _ Malad Eligible Grade AM/DM Reporting To Manager - Contact Center Position Purpose Executive to join our outbound calling team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, educating them about health insurance products, and converting leads into policyholders through effective communication and sales techniques. Position Responsibilities • Employees will be working for banking outbound • Employees will be doing the full-fledged cross sell of Health Insurance (Aditya Birla , Care) • Will be responsible for self-converts and to close the leads & convert which is raised by other employees who are not AV certified • Taking care of Cancellation and Retention for the Complaint raised by customer related to health Insurance • Explain health insurance plans, coverage details, benefits, and premium structures. • Handle objections and queries professionally to build trust and close sales. • Follow up with interested leads to ensure conversion and policy issuance. • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets. Qualifications and Experience Requirement Qualifications Essential Employee Should be Graduate Prior experience in outbound sales or telesales (preferably in insurance) ? Excellent communication and persuasion skills. ? Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
