Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middleware Engineering Lead to
architect, implement, and manage enterprise-grade middleware solutions. This role
involves leading integration efforts across diverse systems, driving cloud migration
initiatives, and enabling automation through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD
pipelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, deep
technical expertise, and a passion for building scalable, secure, and resilient
middleware environments.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
? Design and implement scalable, secure middleware architectures.
? Evaluate and recommend middleware technologies (e.g., WebLogic, IBM
WebSphere, Apache Kafka, MuleSoft).
Integration & Automation
? Lead integration of applications, databases, and external systems.
? Drive migration of on-premise infrastructure to AWS cloud.
? Deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for consistent and automated
provisioning.
? Utilize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and improve reliability.
? Support development teams in resolving application issues post infrastructure
changes.
? Promote automation and self-service capabilities for infrastructure and
development teams.
Team Leadership
? Mentor and guide middleware engineers and developers.
? Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Application Development teams to
ensure alignment and delivery.
Performance & Reliability
? Monitor middleware performance and implement optimization strategies.
? Design fault-tolerant and high-availability solutions.
Security & Compliance
? Ensure middleware solutions meet organizational and regulatory security
standards.
? Implement authentication, authorization, and encryption mechanisms.
Incident & Problem Management
? Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for middleware-related issues.
? Implement preventive measures to enhance system stability.

? Middleware Platforms: WebLogic, IIS, IBM MQ, Apache HTTP Server,
Tomcat, NGINX
? Integration & Automation Tools: Control-M, Ansible, IGA (Identity
Governance & Administration)
? Programming Languages: Java, Python, Shell scripting
? DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes
? Monitoring Tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
? Cloud Platforms: AWS (hybrid and cloud-native deployments)
