o how to account costs relating to software R&D, POC (proof of concepts) and Ideation
o F&A for US, Middle East and India,
· Bank Guarantees (BG), Letter of Credit (LC)
· managing cash flows and treasury operations of the unit
· exposure in establishing credit lines and trade financing
Keep these too in your search criteria:
1. Education and Industry Experience:
• CA with 8 - 12 yrs. of experience in IT Industry or Digital Energy Industry or Digital Industry.
• MBA from Tier 1 or 2 B-School with 8 - 12 yrs. of experience in IT Industry or Digital Energy Industry or Digital Industry.
2. Role & Designation:
• Hope we need to scale down the designation from Head to Manager / Senior Manager or DGM Finance.
• Believe the “Head” title came in because this position will be a peer to other department and regional Heads.
• Will report to the BU Head and the PT&D IC CFO.
• DES is a very small BU with 300+ employees. Global Business worth USD 78Mn.
3. Candidate profile
• Young and energetic.
• Willing to grow along with the BU.
• 8 - 12 yrs. of relevant experience will be enough.
• Experience working with Global Teams – KSA, Africa, USA
• Any experience in Product License sales, Software Services, AMC, Long term service contracts, Time & Material Project Costing / Project Pricing model, Project consulting pricing model are good to have.
