Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited (BGSW) is one of the world&39 s leading
global supplier of technology and services, offering End to End Engineering Solutions, IT
Solutions and Business Solutions.
The purpose of this document is to convey the requirements and to obtain Service Provider’s
agreement and commitment to execute the project needs in a manner to fulfil the
requirements.
This SOW is to service the BD/DPA-CSO requests for the scope that are mentioned below. It
will
enable domain to be agile in terms of staffing as well as scale up and down as needed.
Pursuant to and in conformance with any standards, guidelines and/or specifications that may
be provided by BGSW to Supplier from time to time, Supplier will perform or deliver to BGSW
under the Agreement as a work made for hire.
The Service Provider shall submit an initial techno-commercial proposal within 5 working
days
on receipt of this SOW.
Education and Work Experience Requirements
This section is used to describe what knowledge, skills and abilities are required to perform the daily
tasks.
? Knowledge in Windows and Linux Operating systems, IaaS, PaaS, VMs, Networking, Storage &
security.
? Strong understanding of cloud applications, concepts and the storage, compute and networking
components of Microsoft Azure and AWS
? 3+ years of experience and strong working knowledge of enterprise cloud platforms.
? Knowledge on Cloud Networking concepts (VNET, VPC, Subnet, Load Balancing, VNET peering, VPN)
? Knowledge on monitoring systems (e.g. Azure Monitor, Cloud Watch)
? Proactive Event Handling and Incident Management based on the Alerts from Monitoring Systems
? ITIL process knowledge and experience in raising tickets, vendor cases.
? Coordinate between L1 Support team and L2/L3 support teams
? Strong analytic and probing skills
? Excellent communication, interpersonal & Problem-Solving skills
? Availability to work in a 24x7 Rotation shifts.

Mandatory Skills:
? Managing cloud infrastructure and services with minimal supervision
? Monitoring cloud environments to ensure uptime and performance
? Responding to alerts and incidents to address system issues
? Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, collaborating with development and IT teams to
minimize downtime and maintain service quality.
? Executing routine maintenance and patch updates
? Implement security recommendations and maintain the security score
? Conducting performance analysis and optimizing resource utilization
? Identify opportunities for cost savings, and implementing The cost recommendations
? Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data and application availability
? Documenting operational procedures and incident reports
? Creating and maintaining technical documents for cloud infrastructure and related
processes
? Participate in daily/weekly meetings, work closely with the product team to deliver cloud
infrastructure requirements

End Results/Deliverables
The deliverables depend on the kind of task and shall be mentioned with work package (list of
tasks) request. Deliverables to be placed in the respective Bosch configuration management
system and/or server as per project specific practices.
In case any part of the requirement could not be worked upon due to technical and/or
infrastructure limitations, BGSW Project Manager needs to be notified as soon as the issues are
identified.
Schedules/Milestones
Schedules and milestones would be defined by BGSW. Any delay in the same due to the
issues from Service provider would be discussed during the regular meetings and necessary
actions would be taken.
Acceptance criteria for committed deliverables from Customer /BGSW
Delivery acceptance at BGSW will be indicated over Microsoft-Excel based workbook, and if
necessary, over email. During delivery acceptance, BGSW would give a quality and on-time

delivery rating to all task deliveries.
The BGSW team shall provide the feedback within 15 days of delivery of artefacts and the
defects and corrections to be fixed by Service Provider immediately.
Service provider shall be evaluated for performance based on the deliveries.
Work Location
BGSW premises - Bangalore, Hyderabad, Coimbatore
Transmittal/Delivery/Accessibility
BGSW will provide the required workstations and tools to fulfil the work requirements.
Third Party IP/Licenses
Team of Service Provider would abide by all the BGSW policies.
Open Source Technology
Service Provider to obtain explicit approval from BGSW prior to using any Open Source
Software (OSS) or technology
Communication - SLA & Timelines
? All communication with Service Provider will be carried out during the regular meetings.
