About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Architect to own the end-to-end design, development, and integration of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in full stack development (React, Java, Spring Boot, Python, MySQL) and lead the seamless integration of all application layers.
This role requires strong hands-on knowledge in event-driven architectures, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Azure Cloud. Exposure to AWS and Terraform will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical architecture and integration across frontend, backend, database, and cloud infrastructure.
Design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Drive adoption of event-driven communication patterns and microservices architecture.
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines ensuring smooth and automated deployments.
Implement and manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
Deploy and optimize applications on Azure Cloud (AWS knowledge preferred).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business needs.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for the development team.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of professional experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in:
Frontend: React.js (Hooks, Redux, TypeScript referred).
Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Python.
Database: MySQL, MongoDB (PostgreSQL/NoSQL is a plus).
Hands-on experience with event-driven systems (Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps).
Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Cloud services.
Familiarity with AWS Cloud and Terraform (good to have).
Proven ability to lead technical decisions, mentor teams, and ensure engineering best practices.
