Job Description:
Job Title: Senior Devops Engineer
Function Department: Information Technology
Job Purpose:
Responsible for devops operations responsible for salesforce devops operations and projects
delivery .
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements for the development,
execution, and operations environments. Make all decisions regarding hardware,network
products, system software, and security.
• Candidate should be hands on in Salesforce (Config and Customization both)
• Setup the development environment on their own and has the ability to mentor junior
developers.
• Must have experience with version Control tools like GIT, GitHub and Bitbucket
• Must have strong experience in Jenkins ( pipeline setup, Groovy Scripting)
• Meet with business team to determine business functional and technical requirement and
participate in Application design discussion.
• Own the design, build, and test of all technical architecture components/solutions (e.g.,
development, execution, and operations environment solutions)
Plan the technical architecture sprints taking into consideration the dependencies
between the application and the technical architecture.
• Must have knowledge configuration on Salesforce.com Platform i.e. must have
knowledge about Flows, Approval Process, Workflow, Profile, Roles, Report and
Dashboard
• Should be aware about Salesforce best practice and utilize them while implementing the
solution.
• Should have experience for support process of Salesforce and good experience with
Salesforce Community.
• Nice to have experience in Apex Coding (Trigger, Class, Batch), Aura Component or
LWC, Java Script, API Integration etc
• Nice to have experience on Workbench and Data Loader.
• Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce Orgs.
• Candidate should be aware any of the Salesforce Cloud (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud,
FCS etc.)
• Experience in Leading/managing work stream.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation.
• Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed and formally documented.
• Fix defects identified during testing.
• Develop Groovy scripting for automation.
• Knowledge of Docker, Artifactory
• Experience in salesforce deployment tool ( Copado, Gearset)
Technical Responsibilities:
• Need to perform activities related to Salesforce Devops.
• Need to carry out upgrades as well as Salesforce Org refresh.
• Troubleshooting of code merge issues, need to have in-depth Application development,
including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, assist
with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications
and code.

challenges
Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer
Applications (BCA).
Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) / Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer
Applications (MCA).
Experience: 3 to10 Years.
