1. Mandatory Skills:
a. Trade Finance products knowledge
b. Expertise in TRRACS application, transaction flow and functionality.
c. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering
areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
d. Creating BRDs and user stories based on business requirements.
e. Performing requirements and Functional specification analysis.

g. Stakeholder Management
h. Responsibility of Testing and signoff & Production support.
i. Tracking of CRs and Projects and presenting to stakeholders

2. Desired Skills:
a. Knowledge of related SWIFT & SFMS messages.
b. Knowledge on end-to-end Trade transaction lifecycle including the
accounting.
c. Technology experience and system experience of working in Banking
application (especially Fusion Trade Innovation).
d. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing
optimization strategies.
e. Ability to guide, mentor and manage a talent pool of Business Analysts.
f. Expert in Project Implementation, SDLC life cycle, Waterfall and Agile
project methodologies.
g. Expert in testing lifecycle, preparing Test Scenarios, test cases, Sanity/
UAT/ & Regression documents and execution.
h. Should have understanding for System integrations through APIs, File
based systems, DB linkages etc. for related projects implementation.
Activities performed by Guruprasad Khochare
1. TRRACS :
o Analysis, FSD review and query resolution for CRs
o Analysis, query resolution and validation of Reports
o L2 / L3 functional analysis for Production issues / Problem tickets
o Bridging GAP and resolving queries related to Integration with FBTI &
DGFT
o Providing demo / Show and tell sessions to Stakeholders post CR
delivery
o Performing SIT Testing (need basis)
o Reviewing test cases created by Testing team
2. FBTI :
o Analysis, query resolution and validation of Reports (Regulatory and
ad-hoc requirements)
o Regular Functional Configuration (like System tailoring for Change
requests, MCLR and Holiday Master maintenance in lower as well as
production environment)
o Trade Advices development and deployment (Using DTU tool)
o In-house Functional CRs implementation through System Tailoring in
FBTI.
o Providing demo / Show and tell sessions to Stakeholders post CR
delivery
o Performing SIT Testing (need basis)
o GL account reconciliation : Analysis and identifying GAP and passing
rectification entries for mismatch in reconciliation
o L2 / L3 functional analysis for Production issues / Problem tickets
3. FBCC :
o Analysis, FSD review and query resolution Regulatory Modules CRs
and Support
4. Audit :
o Participation as SME in Internal audits
o Providing required artifacts
o Tracking and resolving Open items
