HR Architecture team is looking to hire two SAP SuccessFactors consultants in their Lenze India office to set up the SAP recruitment module and SAP Employee Central, among other things.
This will involve the implementation of the project and the subsequent IT support.

Job description:
Primary tasks & responsibilities:
•
Support / responsible for the implementation of digital HR processes with SuccessFactors and interfaces to local systems.
•
Further development of digital HR processes with IT, HR digital colleagues and external service providers.
•
Second-level support for HR IT questions and problems, including error analysis and testing.
•
Release management for assigned SuccessFactors modules and digital processes.
•
Always be up to date on the latest HR IT trends and solutions.
•
Collaboration and entrepreneurial mindset.
•
Adaptability and ability to manage complex and diverse client needs.
•
Independent, responsible, and meticulous work ethic with a high degree of initiative.
•

Coordinate with the functional team for requirement gathering/understanding and to convert functional specifications to technical specifications.

Adhere to all standards and performance measures, as per customer/organization guidelines.
•
Participate in testing activities along with functional counterparts and provide quick resolutions. Execute unit testing to ensure the accuracy of his/her configurations.
•
Responsible for supporting SAP SF ONB (onboarding). Should have sound knowledge of Recruiting Module and Employee Central.
•
Strong customer orientation and excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
•
Certification in any of SuccessFactors modules EC / ONB/ Recruiting modules is a plus.
Education/ experience requirements:
•
B.Tech/BE/BCA/ MCA graduates with 3 - 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
•
Several years of experience in the configuration of SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Onboarding and/or Employee Central - HRM)
•
Broad knowledge in the creation of Story Reports in SuccessFactors Embedded SAC
•
Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors, from planning to
configuration through go live. Must have experience in Rollout and support projects.
•
In-depth knowledge in project management and coordination of work packages in cross-functional teams
•
Manage complex client needs, conduct full life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors, and work with international clients
•
Strong customer orientation, paired with an independent and structured way of working
