Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
10-15 years of professional experience in the IT/software industry, with at least 5-7 years in a project management or PMO role.
Proven track record starting as a Software Developer (e.g., hands-on experience with coding languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Go, or similar) and transitioning to leadership roles in project and people management.
Significant experience at top-tier product development companies or similar organizations known for innovative product solutions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, and modern technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, microservices, or APIs).
