IT Procurement
Key Responsibilities
Lead procurement strategy and execution for IT infrastructure, software licenses, and services.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with top-tier Finance teams to ensure alignment with technical and compliance requirements.
Evaluate vendor proposals and conduct thorough technical and commercial assessments.
Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and performance reviews.
Ensure procurement compliance with RBI guidelines and internal audit standards.
Drive cost-efficiency and process improvements across procurement operations.
Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, renewals, and vendor communications.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT.
Minimum 4–8 years of experience in IT procurement, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of IT systems, software licensing models, and hardware configurations.
Proven experience in negotiating with
Familiarity with procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
