Position: Graphic Designer | Banking domain
Job Type: Full-Time. Work in the Office (No Hybrid / WFH option available)
Work Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.
Working hours:
? 9.30am-6:30am (Monday – Friday)
? 9.30am-4:00pm (on Saturdays – 2 nd and 4 th Saturday is usually off).
? Critical project or campaign deliveries may demand the team members to stretch the
work hours/days.
About the role:
We are a leading financial institution seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to
join our team. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in developing and executing visual
designs for a variety of marketing materials, including print and digital collateral, presentations,
and more.
Responsibilities:
? Conceptualize and develop visual design solutions for various marketing projects.
? Collaborate with marketing team to understand project requirements and execute
designs that meet project goals and deadlines.
? Develop graphics, illustrations, and visual elements for print and digital materials,
including brochures, flyers, social media, and websites.
? Maintain brand consistency across all materials and ensure designs align with brand
guidelines.
? Stay current with design trends and techniques, as well as emerging technologies in
graphic design software.
Requirements:
? Min. bachelor’s degree (in graphic design or related field)
? Proven experience of 4-5 years as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio
showcasing your design skills and ability to execute projects from conception to final
production.
? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc) and CorelDraw
? Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
? Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with
cross-functional teams.
