"Job Title Relationship Officer - Smart Branch

Position Purpose
Acquire and manage NTB clients for x sell of products & Funding. Onboarding of existing clients and completing VKYC
1 – 2 Years Exp in banking
Shift timings – 09:30 hrs to 18:30 hours, or as per requirements, Leaves on rotational basis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure maximum conversion on the leads received for NTB accounts
2. Fulfill end to end process from acquisition to onboarding of clients and complete VKYC
3. Manage existing customer portfolio alloted by the bank
4. Achieve Cross sell Targets (Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, funding etc)
B. Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Essential Graduate with 50%
Experience
Essential Good communication skills.
Good team player.
Has knowledge of banking (CA, SA, FD, KYC )
