Job Description:
Qualification: BE/BTech/Diploma (Electrical/ECE/CS)
Experience: 1-2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Handle L1/L2 ticketing, issue classification, and basic troubleshooting.
Perform initial diagnosis and document replication steps.
Apply and validate patch updates and support integration issues.
Collaborate with IT/Maintenance for cross-functional problems.
Coordinate with L3 teams for:
Bug fixes
Data sync & purging
Report corrections
Required Skills:
1–2 years of experience in application/MES support
Strong in troubleshooting and issue documentation
Knowledge of databases, data sync, and patching
Good communication and coordination
Basic networking (CCNA preferred)
