JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Understand the BRD and translate it into technical solutions
? Prepare high level design and explain it to business team
? Collaborate with the Teams working on L1 and L2 cases and help them understand the RCA and solution
? Understand the existing process of Credit Card journey
? Design, build and configure Salesforce CRM to achieve business objectives.
? Work with functional consultants / Developers and other members of the team to examine and translate business requirements into optimum solution design using
Salesforce Lightning platform.
? Design and develop custom code that includes APEX Triggers and Classes, Lightning Web Components and Flows
? Understand and implement out of box features of Salesforce
? Participate in Project Life Cycle from Discovery and Design to Deployment and Go-Live Support.
? Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best-practices and perform peer code reviews to ensure the same.
? Maintain effective stakeholder relationships, delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.
? Quickly and effectively explore new salesforce features/offerings and develop POCs
? Participate in scrum ceremonies and provide comprehensive updates to keep the team informed about project updates.
SKILLS REQUIRED Must have
? Strong understanding of banking domain and credit card onboarding process
? Strong experience in salesforce Configuration and Declarative Customization Low Code and Pro Code approach
? Hands-on experience in salesforce development using Apex Triggers, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components and Flows
? Excellent understanding of Salesforce clouds offerings like Sales Cloud /Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
? Experience in integration of third-party applications with Salesforce. Should be comfortable with REST API & Webservices.
? Hands on experience in data migration practices and tools
? Experience in Salesforce deployment process and tools
? Strong experience in creating technical documentation like Solution design
/Technical design document.
? Experience of working in Agile environment
? Salesforce Certifications (more the merrier but relevance is the key) - PD1 (PD2 and
JavaScript Certified preferred) any of the consultant level certifications
Sales/Service
? Should have strong debugging and code analysis skills
? Good understanding of System Integration architecture
? Strong documentation and presentation skills
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
