To design and support development of Casting and forging using on CATIA.
Good experience in working with crankcase, crankshaft, Engine Blocks, cylinder head, cylinder blocks using catia.
Fundamentals of core engine design & peripherals
Excellent understanding on GD&T, Tolerancing & drawings
Hands-on CAD software skills (CATIA mandatory)
Engine and Sub-systems design and application for Automobile Engineering
Knowledge about Engines integration on vehicles
Manufacturing process of Engine and Sub-systems
Software : Catia V5 & Teamcenter PLM
Familiarity on various government regulations related to powertrain and automobiles
Design of Mechanical Systems like Crank Train, Valve train etc including GD & T application
Skill:
Design Engineer-Engine, crankcase, crankshaft, Engine Blocks, cylinder head, cylinder blocks
