Job Description:
Notice Period : 0-60 Days
Experience: 4-6 Years
Sr. Key Responsibilities:
1 Ensuring closure of all complaints/ requests received in Regulatory complaints for Credit Cards
/ Banking
2 Sending appropriate responses post client interaction for end to end RCA and closure of
complaints.
3 Ensuring all efforts to minimize any attrition of card portfolio owing to client dissatisfaction
4 Collaborating with relevant Units for timely closure of complaints and requests.
5 Preparing relevant MIS etc for reporting of periodic numbers.
C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications
Essential Graduate minimum with 50% marks
Experience
Essential Credit Cards / Banking profile - knowledge of credit card product /dynamics essential.
Knowledge of handling regulatory complaints.
Previous Customer service experience mandatory.
Knowhow of Vision Plus/ CRM / Credit cards related application desirable.
Proficiency of MS Office essential.
