Position Purpose
We are seeking a skilled Bot Developer specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to
design, develop, and implement automation solutions that enhance business efficiency. The
ideal candidate will have experience working with RPA tools, AI-powered bots, and workflow
automation to streamline repetitive tasks and optimize processes.
Tool Preferred – Nividous Tool – RPA BOT experience
Position Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Develop Automation Solutions:
• Create, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Implementation & Maintenance:
• Maintain, debug, and optimize deployed bots for efficiency.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with security and compliance standards.
• Integration & AI Capabilities:
• Integrate RPA with AI/ML, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Leverage natural language processing (NLP) and AI-powered chatbots where applicable.
• Documentation & Support:
• Prepare technical documentation for automated workflows.
• Provide support and training to end-users.
Qualifications and Experience Requirement
• Qualifications
Essential • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• RPA certification (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer, Automation
Anywhere Master RPA Professional).
• Experience in BPM (Business Process Management) and workflow
automation.
• Familiarity with AI-driven automation and predictive analytics.
