Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Tester to join our team and lead the quality assurance
efforts for our onboarding application. This critical system supports the seamless enrollment and
integration of users into our platform. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and
UX teams to ensure a smooth, reliable, and secure onboarding experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead the QA strategy and execution for the onboarding application.
? Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on business
requirements and technical specifications.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand onboarding workflows and identify
testing needs.
? Perform regression, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing.
? Ensure comprehensive test coverage, traceability, and documentation.
? Report and track bugs; work closely with development teams for resolution.
? Evaluate and implement test automation tools and frameworks where appropriate.
? Mentor junior testers and contribute to improving QA best practices.
? Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to release planning.
Required Skills & Experience:
? 5+ years of experience in software QA testing, preferably with onboarding or customer enrollment systems.
? Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
? Experience with test automation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or similar).
? Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries for data validation.
? Familiarity with APIs and tools like Postman for integration testing.
? Experience working in Agile development environments.
? Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience in a domain like banking, fintech, HR tech, or SaaS platforms.
? Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in onboarding flows (e.g., KYC, AML).
? Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
? ISTQB or similar QA certifications.
