Job Title: CRMNEXT Tester

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled CRMNEXT Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our
CRMNEXT platform implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience testing
enterprise CRM systems, preferably CRMNEXT, and will be responsible for validating
functional, integration, and performance aspects of the platform in alignment with business
requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
? Analyze and understand business requirements, functional specifications, and
workflows related to CRMNEXT modules.
? Design and develop test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for CRMNEXT features
and customizations.
? Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of CRMNEXT
applications.
? Conduct end-to-end testing including customer onboarding, service requests, lead
management, and more.
? Validate CRMNEXT workflows, reports, dashboards, role-based access, and UI/UX elements.
? Execute database validation and API testing to ensure seamless data flow between
systems.
? Document and track defects using tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps.
? Work closely with developers, business analysts, and implementation teams to
resolve issues.
? Participate in UAT preparation and provide support during client demos and go-live.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
? 2–5 years of QA/testing experience, with at least 1–2 years in CRMNEXT or similar BFSI CRM platforms.
? Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC processes.
? Experience with CRMNEXT testing in banking, insurance, or financial services
domains.
? Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
? Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
