Sales Engineer/ Sr Sales Engineer: 3 to 7 yrs
Assistant Sales Manager: 8 to 12 yrs
Deputy Sales Manager: 12 to 15 yrs
Sales Manager: 15+ yrs
Location: Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore,
Bengaluru, Kolkata
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate new product sales or automation solutions related to existing & new
customers.
• To grow the machinery OEM business. Develop OEM specific account conversion
plan and focus in on finding new OEMS
• Creating awareness of Company products and solutions in the market. Finding
customer accounts for Mechanical & electronic automation.
• Identification of market opportunities and find the relevant partners or integrators.
• Identify and meet key decision makers at the customer’s side & generate demand
for existing & new products or automation solutions.
• Involvement in all sales phases with customers starting from proposal preparation,
sell, deliver & customer care.
• Track competitor activity and update to marketing team.
• Monthly sales planning & forecasting for clients.
• Inform and participate in the customer product demos/ key exhibitions / seminars of
the area.
• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote
products, solutions and services.
• Being a point of contact to priority customers and resolving any issues that they
have.
• Maintain business revenue sales with the existing customers
• Timely Report Submissions and accuracy: - Sales Projection, Weekly Report ( Sales
& Collection), Sales Forecasting Accuracy
• Responsible for collection of invoice value raised to the customers as per company
policy. Excise related statutory requirements.
• Ensure timely settlement of Credit / Debit notes & Commissions
• Market Intelligence on Products and Competitors
• Identification of new areas within organization for building healthy/ strong pipeline
for new business engagements for new and existing clients.
Qualifications: Diploma/ Engineering degree in Electronics / Electrical/
Instrumentation/ Mechanical, Mechatronics or related stream from a reputed
Institute.
Experience: Relevant years of experience in Sales management/Marketing in Motion
control and industrial automation industry. Experience in PLC, VFD, Servo drives, or
Mechatronics (gearbox, gearmotors) products is required, and application knowledge
is desirable.
Exposure/experience in industry segments such as Textile, Converting & Printing,
Intralogistics & Material handling, Industrial equipment, Consumer Goods, Packaging,
Material processing and/or Automotive is highly desirable.
Skills required:
Fluent in English / Hindi/local language
Excellent analytical skills and a good learner
Sales attitude is considered as a key requirement
Understanding of relevant industry machine knowledge is an added advantage
Good commercial knowledge and understanding.
Good team player
Knowledge on SAP – CRM will be helpful
Open to travel frequently as needed
