POSITION PURPOSE
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support the
execution of AI/HR projects within the bank. This role is ideal for someone early in their
project management career who has a strong interest in technology, especially artificial
intelligence, and wants to contribute to transformative initiatives in a highly regulated
industry.
A. KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Sr. Key Responsibilities
1 Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting of AI/ML project activities.
2 Work closely with senior project managers and technical teams to support project coordination,
scheduling, and documentation.
3 Maintain and update project artifacts such as project plans, risk registers, action trackers, and
meeting minutes.
4 Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and dependencies.
5 Help prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior management and project reviews.
6 Coordinate meetings, workshops, and demos with cross-functional teams including IT, data science,
business units, and compliance.
7 Support documentation related to data privacy, model approvals, and compliance checks.
8 Track and escalate issues/risks as needed and support change management efforts during project rollout.
9 Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting of AI/ML project activities.
10 Work closely with senior project managers and technical teams to support project coordination,
scheduling, and documentation.
B. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
Qualifications
Essential Bachelors in IT
Preferred MBA
Essential 3 yrs of project management experience
