Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
? Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
? 7-10 years of experience in SAP FI and SAP CO experience in implementation, migration, and support
projects/ Testing projects.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with
internal and external customers both in English language.(Knowledge of Hindi language is preferable)
? Must have experience with working in Support/ Testing Projects and be able to work under pressure and
meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
? Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within prescribed timelines,
and standard accepted practices.
Mandatory / Preferred Skills: General Skills
• Create and implement SAP Finance solutions to meet the organisation's financial needs.
• Configure and personalise SAP Finance modules, including Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO),
Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Asset Accounting (FA) (AA).
• Provide end-users with functional and technical support, including SAP Finance system training and
guidance.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to identify and translate business
requirements into SAP Finance solutions.
• Work with the finance team to ensure the organisation's reporting and analysis requirements are met.
• Perform system testing and debugging to ensure that the SAP Finance systems are operating properly.
• Develop and maintain SAP Finance system and process documentation.
• Maintain an awareness of the latest SAP Finance best practises, trends, and technologies.
Requirements:
• Qualification in Accounting or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 15 years' experience implementing and configuring SAP Finance systems.
Mandatory - Electronic Bank Statement - CAMT
• Expertise with SAP Finance modules including FI, CO, AP, AR, GL, and AA.
• Integration expertise between SAP Finance and other non-SAP systems.
• Solid analytic and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Possessing a certification in SAP Finance is a plus.
Lastly, this position requires a candidate with extensive experience with SAP Finance systems, as well as
superior communication and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be a team player with the
ability to collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
