Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Conduct process discovery sessions to understand current workflows and assess RPA feasibility.
• Document detailed business and functional requirements for UiPath solutions.
• Create process flow diagrams, workflows, and detailed solution design documents (SDDs).
• Identify areas of process improvement and recommend changes for efficiency.
• Analyze pain points and high-volume, rule-based processes for automation potential.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and the RPA development team.
• Facilitate clear communication to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in addressing feedback.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including process design documents, solution requirements, and change logs.
• Ensure that automation solutions comply with organizational standards and policies.
• Assist end-users in understanding automation solutions and provide necessary training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 7 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in UIPath-specific roles.
• Proven track record of documenting and analysing business processes for automation.
• Strong understanding of UiPath platforms, including Studio, Orchestrator, and Insights.
• Familiarity with UiPath capabilities and automation principles.
• Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., VB.NET, Python, SQL) and APIs is a plus.
• Experience working with UiPath Process Mining or Automation Hub is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• UiPath Business Analyst Certification (preferred).
• Experience in telecom domain is added advantage
• Exposure to JIRA or Confluence.
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
