Job Description:
"We are seeking a skilled IT Infra architect and System Administrator who will be responsible for
for implementing and managing comprehensive IT infrastructure and Integrated Solutions for applications for managed
services delivery, ensure adherence of SLAs and security policies and provide technical expertise to the client.
Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (servers, networking, databases), and cloud platforms & application
development
Experience in Linux/Unix/Windows Administration, AD, SAML, SSO, MFA
Experience in network/firewall/load balancer design and implementation. ( LDAP, TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, HTTPS,
APIs)
Experience with service management methodologies and tools like ServiceNow.
Excellent problem solving, communication & Interpersonal skills interact with both technical and non-technical
stakeholders, build relationship & collaborate with diverse teams.
Highly organized, analytical, and procedural with creative and strategic thinking. Adept at managing multiple projects and
meeting tight deadlines.
Passionate about solution development and automation, actively seeking opportunities to develop tools that streamline
and simplify development and delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Design and Architecture:
• Design and implement end-to-end systems and solutions for managing IT infrastructure and automating IT
managed service delivery.
• System design should encompass understanding of network, servers (physical and virtual),Interfaces,
integration, applications, Data flows, security, and operations.
• Ensure adherence of best practices and security standards.
• Reviews the firewall sheets, monitoring configuration sheets and propose changes.
• Should understand and drive the operations of existing Integrated Application landscape which has for example
SAP, Concur, HCM, Vendor Invoice Management System, Service Now etc.
2. Drive Project & Requirement
• Understand the Technical, Functional and non-functional requirements.
• Assess the technical feasibility, impact on the infrastructure & identify potential bottlenecks and risks.
• Foster a high-performing team environment by removing technical roadblocks and guiding team members
towards optimal performance.
• Drive project schedules, deliverables & collaborate with cross-IT teams for implementing IT, Infra and service
management solutions.
3. Capacity Planning and Performance Tuning:
• Estimate resource requirements (CPU, memory, disk, network).
• Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Implement performance tuning techniques improve response times and throughput.
• Ensure efficient use of infrastructure resources support application performance.
4. Problem solver:
• Detect and diagnose issues that arise at the intersection of application and infrastructure.
• Work with both teams to develop and implement solutions to these issues.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the performance of applications through infrastructure improvements.5. Change Management and Deployment:
• Oversee application deployments and upgrades.
• Manage change requests and assess their impact on the infrastructure.
• Provide management summary for CAB.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams to schedule and execute deployments.
• Plans changes and assign the tasks to various teams and coordinate those tasks.
6. Security and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• participate in regular security assessments and audits.
7. Knowledge Transfer and Training:
• Create and maintain documentation for processes that involve both application and infrastructure.
• Document procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Offer training sessions to both teams to ensure they understand the interdependencies and best practices.
• Foster collaboration and communication between teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Technical Expertise:
• Worked extensively in Integrated IT Infra landscape Management, Monitoring & Implementation
• Strong understanding of systems, networking, development tools, Integrations
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (servers, networking, databases), and cloud
platforms & application development

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• Certification as Solution Architect or System administration
• Certification on Linux would be an advantange"
