Job Title: Technical Specialist

Job Summary: As a Microsoft Security Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support related to Microsoft security solutions. You will work closely with clients to assess their security needs, implement best practices, and ensure effective use of Microsoft security tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of Microsoft security solutions, including Azure Security, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft 365 security features.
Consultation: Collaborate with clients to assess their current security posture and identify areas for improvement.
Implementation: Assist in deploying and configuring Microsoft security solutions to meet client requirements.
Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on security best practices and the effective use of Microsoft security tools.
Incident Response: Support clients in managing and responding to security incidents, including threat detection and mitigation.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest security threats and Microsoft security developments to provide proactive recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Proven experience in a security role, with a focus on Microsoft security technologies.
Strong understanding of cloud security principles, particularly in Azure.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate) are a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
