Job Description:
Manage the 24x7 monitoring of infrastructure and application performance, performing regular health checks to ensure IT services availability
Oversee IT planned maintenance activities by controlling alert blackout requests, and ensuring adherence to approved change or release windows by implementors for minimized, controlled impact on IT services and infrastructure.
Alert all relevant internal and external stakeholders for any critical/high severity alerts, and engage IT Incident Management for immediate and prompt restoration of IT services.
Perform other responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision.
Work Experience:
Experience Range 0-2 Yrs, Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology ,Telecommunications from an accredited university
