About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Manager with expertise in managing
simulation-based projects using Unreal Engine, NVIDIA Omniverse, and other 3D simulation
tools, as well as leading SaaS product development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and a strong technical background, enterprise
project management experience, and the ability to bridge the gap between R&D, engineering,
and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who can manage one or more projects simultaneously and for that
the ability to fulfill the following responsibilities will be necessary:
1. Simulation Services & 3D Technologies
? Oversee the development and deployment of simulation solutions for enterprise use
cases (e.g., robotics, digital twins, industrial automation, training & visualization).
? Lead teams working with Unreal Engine, NVIDIA Omniverse, Unity, and other 3D
simulation platforms to build high-fidelity, real-time simulations.
? Ensure seamless integration of simulation solutions with AI/ML models, physics engines,
sensors and cloud-based services.
? Define and manage the technical roadmap, performance optimization strategies, and
scalability of simulation-based applications.
? Define, manage and improve best practices for executing and managing simulation
projects, including customer success management.
? Manage multiple cross-functional teams including software engineers, 3D artists, AI/ML
specialists, DevOps, and cloud architects.
2. SaaS Product Development & Lifecycle Management
? Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS products, from MVP development to enterprise-
scale deployment.
? Manage and groom backlogs and plan & execute sprints based on agreed roadmap and
aligned team’s bandwidth.
? Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable architectures, robust security,
and efficient DevOps & CI/CD practices.
? Oversee feature development, user experience (UX), and system performance
improvements based on customer feedback.
? Implement AI-driven automation, analytics, and monitoring for SaaS product
optimization.
3. Technology Strategy and Stakeholder Management
? Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to streamline project execution and
delivery.
? Develop and execute project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
? Work closely with executive leadership, product managers, and enterprise customers to
define technology-driven business outcomes and ensure their planning and execution.
? Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating and adopting emerging simulation, AI, and cloud
technologies.
? Develop and implement best practices for performance optimization, reusability, and
reliability in simulation and SaaS development.
? Advocate for continuous learning and skill development within the engineering teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? 12+ years of experience in software development, simulation services, and SaaS
product management with at least 3+ years of experience in managing enterprise
projects.
? Deep understanding of Unreal Engine, NVIDIA Omniverse, Unity, and real-time 3D
rendering technologies.
? Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps (Kubernetes,
Terraform, CI/CD pipelines), and AI/ML integration.
? Strong grasp of data pipelines, AI-driven simulations, and physics-based modeling.
? Experience with SaaS architectures, microservices, API development, and multi-tenant
cloud environments.
? Knowledge of performance tuning, scalability strategies, and optimization techniques for
simulation & SaaS products.
? Strong experience in customer engagement, requirement gathering, and product
strategy execution
? Excellent communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.
? Experience managing budgets, timelines, and technical roadmaps while ensuring high-
quality deliveries.
? Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical constraints and
business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience in digital twins, autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial simulations.
? Solid experience of building and managing SaaS products
? Familiarity with AI/ML models for simulation, reinforcement learning, or predictive
analytics.
? Exposure to gaming engines, or interactive 3D environments.
