Position Purpose
Techno-functional expert with experience in managing applications/integrations/system automations in
Banking/Customer Service Domain
Position Responsibilities
1. Worked on the SDLC and Agile model of implementing projects
2. Able to analyse problem areas highlighted by Business stakehodlers and build/deliver
solutions on the same
3. Knowledge of CRMNext or similar CRM platforms
4. Team player possessing strong analytical as well as technical skills
5. Knowledge of programming languages – Java/dotnet
6. Experience in working on API integrations. Understanding of ESB/Node JS
7. Well versed with databases - SQL/Oracle
8. Sound understanding of system architecture, operating systems and data structures
9. Be accountable for successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work
10. Possesses good oral and written communication skills
