A. Position Purpose
Experience in working with IT industry and relevant experience of 3 to 4 years in IT Asset Management
Position Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the
incumbent to perform)
1 Manage Day-to-day IT Asset operations including tracking of asset IMAC request.
- Ensure installation, Allocation, Movement, Change are track through IMAC request.
- Ensure Asset New Joinee/Exit are track and updated in CMDB.
- Response and resolution are maintained and tracked for Asset Management requirements
- Ensure Asset State update in database based on the reference request /incident
2 Maintain and track IT Asset Inventory database for all IT Hardware assets.
- Maintain an inventory of all IT Assets Hardware, equipment in CMDB.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy are maintained by updating defined attributes associated with IT
Asset Hardware.
- Keep records of purchase details of assets like PO no, PO date, Invoice No, Invoice date, delivery date
etc.
3 Periodic Asset reconciliation, identifying and publishing discrepancies to stakeholder for action
closure.
4 Maintain and update Asset Life cycle details in database.
- Keeping track of Asset EOS, EOL, Warranty and AMC records
- Publishing assets Lifecycle report for decision making.
- Asset Lost/theft tracking and updated to relevant stakeholders
5 Periodic reconciliation of IT Hardware Assets with Fixed Asset Register
- Review and validate the Delivery, invoices pertaining to IT Asset and update to finance on periodic basis.
- Associated Fixed Asset No update in CMDB for Both way reconciliation and tracking.
B. Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications
Essential Bachelors degree in any stream and 5-6 years exposure in relevant
working experience in the IT Hardware Asset Management
