Job Description:
1. Deep understanding of AWS and the design of cloud-native systems?
2. Practical experience with infrastructure-as-code?languages, especially Terraform.?Ansible or similar a plus?
3. Experience?working?with container technologies?in a?highly-automated?production environment:?Docker and Kubernetes, Helm/Flux?
4. Robust?understanding of networking in cloud environments?
5. Programming experience with Python,?Java?or similar?
6. Experience in engineering data pipelines using Big Data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, Storm, etc. on large scale unstructured data sets?
7. Experience working with CI/CD tools to build and deploy applications; git branching models;?continuous delivery?with infrastructure code?.
8. Contribute to standards and maturity work
9. Write?code and learn new disciplines,?to?constantly hone your craft as an engineer?
10. Own delivery of?infrastructure services?from top to bottom, from concept to code to production?
11. Work closely with product owners,?architecture, cyber-security and other stakeholders to ensure that solutions are safe, reliable and fit for purpose?
Must Have Skill sets:
Proficient knowledge on core AWS services
CI/CD knowledge with Gitlab or similar platform
IaC experience with Terraform, Cloudformation.
Containerized deployment knowledge with ECS, EKS, Helm, ArgoCD (optional)
Experience in scripting in Python or any other language, and experience in developing serverless automation components
Experience in working with monitoring tools like Datadog."
