Job Description:
Background:CTO function at Bank primarily supports operations of various technology and security
systems e.g. OS platforms, networks, cloud, databases, security tools/solutions and
operations, patch management, data center operations, asset management, end user
support etc.
Job Description ? This role is a crucial one as it is primarily tasked with managing and improving
the Security and Compliance Posture of the CTO function.
? The incumbent will be primarily tasked with handling IT Security operations,
managing VA CA PT and Red Team exercises.
? Timely follow-up, co-ordination, weekly review calls and providing necessary
support to the team(s) for closure to the VA CA PT findings.
? Preparing reports, monitoring progress, handling escalations, submitting
compliance and security dashboards for management review
Minimum
Qualification
? B.E./B. Tech in IT or Computer Science
? B. Sc IT/BCA/MCA
Pre-Requisites: ? Minimum 7 years of hands-on knowledge in managing IT Security and Vulnerability
Management function.
? Should have necessary concepts of threats, vulnerabilities, security concepts and
technology (including various Server, Networking, Database, Cloud) in general.
? Should have strong verbal and written skills & strong presentation (excel, word, PPT)
skills.
