- Good technical experience in Java/J2EE, Open Source stack
- Played Technical role in the career for 6-10 years (Developer, Technical Lead, Architect role) for
Java
- Playing techno-management role : Technical (Java, Spring Boot, FullStack etc.) + Management
Experience (50:50)
- Playing roles such as Sr. Engineering Manager / Technical Delivery Manager / Technical
Program Manager guiding and managing the project managers
- Handling multiple project teams simultaneously. 3-4 projects with 40-50+ team members
overall
- Good understanding of SDLC, end-to-end project life cycles in Agile and waterfall model
- Exp working in Custom Development and Maintenance projects in Enterprise/ERP domain
- Project Management : Planning, Tracking, Reporting, Timelines, Deliverables, Handling
Escalations
- Good understanding of project deliverables for various stages (Project Plan, RS/FS, SRS, HLD,
LLD, Test Plan/Test cases etc.)
- Exp in estimation - Agile Story Points, WBS etc.
- Exp in deployment - DevOps, CI/CD and Cloud (AWS/Azure)
- People management - mentoring, competency, career planning, retention etc.
- Proactively manage the project delivery by regular reviews & guidance to ensure on time and
quality delivery
- Conduct periodic review meetings for multiple projects and provide guidance
- Take ownership of project delivery and manage delivery with optimal guidance & support the
management, practices/COEs etc.
- Customer handling, reporting, review meetings and presentation
- Handling escalations and taking corrective and preventive actions
- Work with other cross functional teams such as Practices/COEs, Infra, HR, Recruitment and
Sales team on a regular and need basis
- Collaboratively working with various team members and stakeholders in a professional and
supportive approach
