Job Description:
Salesforce Functional Tester/QA (Senior QA/Tester): Experience: 4-6 years (min 3 years relevant in Salesforce) • Must have good understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionalities • Should have Automotive or Manufacturing domain processes experience • Should have good understanding of Dealer management, Service management and Order management related processes. • Must have experience of requirement analysis, test case creation, regression testing, test cases documentation • Must have experience in testing functionalities as per requirement, capturing and documenting bugs/issues. • Must have experience scripting test scenarios for salesforce applications • Should have good understanding tools available for creation and execution of test cases. • Should have experience in Designing, Executing and analysing automation test scripts & test results for Salesforce applications • Should have experience in designing and creating test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and technical use cases • Should be able to use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function • Should be able to document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using JIRA • Should be able to support during production deployment of applications and perform “validation testing”
