Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and develop training curricula and modules tailored to various audiences, including end-users, technical staff, and management.
· Create engaging content such as presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises to facilitate effective learning.
· Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on cybersecurity topics, including threat awareness, risk management, and security best practices.
· Utilize various teaching methods and tools to enhance learning experiences and accommodate different learning styles.
· Develop and administer assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and the progress of participants.
· Analyze feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
· Keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to ensure training content is current and relevant.
· Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain certifications and expand knowledge.
· Work closely with IT and security teams to understand organizational needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
· Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to coordinate training schedules and content.
· Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant progress.
· Prepare reports on training outcomes and recommendations for improvements.
