Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
o I dentify and develop new business opportunities in the cyber security and security operations space.
o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and channel partners.
o Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs to drive strategic growth initiatives.
o Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for Microsoft cyber security solutions, Manage Engine products, and related services.
o Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
o Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and client requirements
o Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Microsoft’s security solutions, Manage Engine’s IT management tools, and broader cyber security trends.
o Provide consultative support to clients, offering tailored solutions that address their specific security and IT management challenges.
o Stay up-to-date with product updates, industry developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings
o Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product management, and technical support to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
o Track sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.
o Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on cyber security, IT management solutions, or related technologies.
• Proven track record of a chieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft and cyber security solutions OR Manage Engine products and security operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools
