The responsibilities for this person will include:
• • Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview.
• • Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies.
• • To act as an intermediary between organization wishing to recruit staff and professionals seeking a career change (candidates).
• • Mapping” a market based on specific role and years of experience, at relevant competitor firms, as described.
• • Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and social media like LinkedIn, Workday etc.
• • To Keep a track of Candidate database.
• • Liaison with operation team at NY/EMEA to understand the Job description and skill set requirement.
Qualifications:
• • Postgraduate with at least 1+ years of relevant experience, or Graduate in Commerce with 3+ years of relevant experience, in Employee data management.
• • Knowledge of various tools like Workday, Global View, LinkedIn.
• • Proven ability to project manages migrations of new processes and exposure to diverse/multi-culture work environments with strong organization, time management and prioritization skills
• • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills are mandatory, as are good tact and diplomacy, as the role requires relationship management with other individuals and teams within the TA Group.
• • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Exposure to Project Management and experience in working on MS Excel databases
• • Global Exposure and experience in multi-tasking.
• Prior experience in US or EMEA staffing is preferred
