• Help team in valuation reporting for both open & closed-ended funds and different LP reporting throughout the quarter.
• Work on the memos, pitchbook and quarterly letters to be distributed to the partners.
• Coordinating with various country deal teams to track acquisitions of pipeline investments.
• Perform investment limitations test for pipeline investments to qualify the investment criteria set for different funds.
• Prepare various predefine Quarterly reporting, also maintain checks to see the movement in data Q-o-Q on new deal/ Asset closing and if there is any disposition.
• Work on different applications such as iLevel, Niagara etc. and reconciliation of valuations and IRRs across platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Prepare quarterly outstanding LOC analysis and report balance at deal level.
• Source, summarize, and disseminate real-time information across the Asia portfolio; work in partnership with the regional Portfolio Management counterparts in Asia, as well as the Portfolio and Asset Management teams in the U.S
