Key Responsibilities:
Fund Level Reporting
-Real estate Background
-Asst Management reporting
-LP Repoting
-investor Reporting
-Open or close ended Fund
-Alternative Investment
-Very strong in MS -Excel
o Work closely with Business finance leads to ensure deal funded for closing/coordination with BX
NY Funds team.
o Assist in preparation of Bespoke investor reporting.
o Coordinate with business finance on quarterly cash analysis and future cash flow forecast.
o Work closely with BX SG & HK offices on TWR/IRR/Quarterly letter reporting.
o Review of commitments from LPs reflecting in borrowing base sub-docs & track LP activities on
Anaplan
o Data Analysis of underlying investments and review of various consolidated reports for cash
summaries/net debt adjustments of BPPA investments
o Prepare & review various SMD reporting.
o Track fund's liquidity (LOC + NAV + Fund level cash)
o Coordinate on Capital call process – preparing summary and coordinating repatriations.
o To play a key role in new transitions and any process improvements
o Any ad-hoc activities / reporting
Required Skills:
? Candidate must be a post-graduate with knowledge of Finance & operations Reporting.
? Anyone between 0-5 years of finance operations/Fund reporting experience
? Strong project management & multi-tasking skills
? Strong data analytical skills
? Someone who is Proactive & team player.
? Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)
? The profile involves effective communication across Clients’ facilities globally and hence
possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a
must.
? A demonstrated ability to write effectively and summarize large amounts of information
succinctly and quickly.
? A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure and with multiple
stakeholders.
