A. Position Purpose
This position will be responsible for providing the functional & technical assistance to the Corporate
Credit Cards IT on the various developments, Business and digital initiatives.
Should able to manage Corporate Core Cards Solution and Integration between core system and
channels.
Experts in Corporate Cards Host System, Digital Integration, Expense Management, Bill payments
solutions, Vendor Payment module and Corporates offer management.

Position Responsibilities
Sr. Key Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the
incumbent to perform)
1 Manage the end to end implementation of new system functionality, including
Requirement Analysis, Solution design, Project management, Process setup
and handover
2 Be the contact for the Credit cards business team for any system related
consultancy and support
3 Coordinate with Technology partners/vendors, operations and call centre teams
for gathering requirements and getting it developed or suggest work around
solutions to meet the same
4 Ensure that the existing system capabilities are fully exploited and the
requirements met through parameters changes rather than opting for code
changes
5 Understand current process to optimize the existing solution thus achieving
improved efficiency
6 Devise solutions for process automation to ensure minimal manual and
monitored intervention occurs
7 Ensure solutions and processes are well documented and signed off through
interdisciplinary interactions
8 Ensure quality testing and proper user training
9 Vendor Management
Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications
Essential B E/B Tech/MCA/MBA
Experience
Essential 12+ years of experience as in Credit Card business on corporate cards.
Corporate Cards Host System, Digital Integration, Scheme integration, Third Party
Integration, Expense Management, Bill payments solutions, Vendor Payment
module and Corporates offer management

Technical/Functional Strong knowledge of Corporate cards system
mapping, Schemes MC and VISA
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Understanding of Core card processing end to end
Credit Card Complete understanding on credit card life cycle
