Mortgage Operations - Consumer Lending • Good Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
• Flexible to work in 24x5 environment
• Good Understanding of Mortgage Product Lifecycle
• Basic Reporting
• Review SOR data such as Borrower Income and Asset Documents for various Bank divisions
• Support the Line of Business in the tracking of documents required for funding loans
• Proactively communicate (Email & Call) and collaborate with teams (internal/external) to analyze information needs and functional requirements
• Connect/Follow up with vendor partners through Email/Call to procure mortgage related documents
• Maintain and/or assist the Line of Business to create knowledge databases for Mortgage proc
Experience: 2-4 years experience
