Job Description:
Sr. Key Responsibilities
1 Business Requirement Gathering for Credit Related Processes, Communications with IT Team
during developments, Testing, Implementation and Roll-out of New LOS systems for all Retail
Asset Businesses
2 ? Understanding gaps in current digital work-flows/ opportunities for improvements as per
industry best practices, identifying fastest resolution for the same and communicating same to
relevant teams for execution

Manage trainings and field communications for all Credit related digital initiatives and systems
to all relevant teams
4 Identify process gaps, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost,
increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wastage and rework, etc., resulting
in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction
5 Periodically review existing processes and present necessary changes and digitally implement
the same.
6 Work on ways to drastically reduce Credit and overall TAT across all products and strive to
have STP Journeys for all Retail Asset Products
7 Coordination with Training Team to create training modules for new digital systems and
processes and updating it on a regular basis basis changes and improvements made to the
relevant system
