Job Description:
1. At least 5+ years of experience in a BA role
2. LSS and Black belt trainings preferred
3. Help improve business performance by identifying problematic areas and providing relevant
technical solutions through business and process reengineering.
4. Extensive knowledge of the F&A business process – P2P, O2C and R2R
5. Exposure to HRO preferred
6. Evaluate the business processes and operations by implementing their subject expertise.
7. Offer necessary guidance and required tech knowledge to IT developers during the entire
software development life cycle. Determine the essentialities and requirements of software
development and recommend some technical solutions.
8. Offer consulting services in managing business operations, contribute to specialized knowledge,
and provide mentorship.
9. Help identify whether the technical solutions the mentors provide meet the companys
requirements.
10. Monitor the testing, development, and implementation of technical solutions.
11. Verify technical information, including the training manuals, user guides, and system
requirements.
12. Publicize various important information and document processes to all stakeholders and board
members.
13. Ensure that the information has been represented accurately and per the subjects expertise
before delivering the solutions to end-users.
