Job Description:
POSITION PURPOSE
In this role, the person is responsible for :
- ensuring that the Established Vendor Governance Framework is adhered to.
- required Terms of Reference is getting addressed. S/he would be responsible for also
ensuring Vendor Governance in line with RBI Master Directions on IT Outsourcing.
- Managing the Contract lifecycle Management
- Vendor Performance and Reviews
- Contractual negotiations
- Vendor Categorization / Segmentation
KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Sr. Key Responsibilities
1 Ensuring adherence to IT Outsourcing Governance Framework and Terms of Reference ( ToR )
2 Formulation of SOP, Guidelines, Policies relating to outsourcing, vendor management
3 Vendor Performance Review, Due diligence and Risk Assessment.
4 Actively participate during Contract Review, Approval and Renewal process
5 Review SOW and KPI / SLA
6 Ensuring Vendor categorization as per IT Outsourcing Policy
7 Tracking of IT Outsourcing activities and ensuring same is inline IT Outsourcing policy
8 Ensuring end to end compliance to IT Policy and SOPs
9 Support Statutory, Regulatory , Internal, Infosec Audits
10 SPOC for addressing queries / clarification from IT and Business stakeholders on Contracts/ Agreements,
Vendors, Risks.
11 Managing vendor discussions / negotiations around contractual clauses and commercials
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
Qualifications Graduate / MBA
Experience - 12-15 years having Procurement, Vendor Management, Contracts
and Governance background.
- Preferably from banking and financial institutions
- Independently managed vendor discussions / negotiations
- Managed internal IT and Business stakeholders
