"We need candidate Working on US Payroll – Customization (fast formulas creation – write fast formulas in Oracle HCM) & Configuration – Support – More consulting knowledge, client req and come out with Solutions/POC /point of use /wireframe – these can be showed to the client.
Can be expert in US payroll Implementation but we need person more on Customization & Config
Pls Note: Workday (Allows only config not Cust) & Oracle (allows u Cust & Confg both) – both are cloud.
