Must have
1. Lean Six Sigma certified Black belt .
Know how to implement Six sigma in real time projects.
2. Understand Process Re-engineering, RCA, CAPA, Change Management.
3. The ability of process mapping, understand SIPOC
4. Analytical bent of mind and ability to read/interpret data
5. Hands-on with statistical tools (R, mini tab, etc.)- Mean, median, mode.
6. Logical problem-solving approach, Why Analysis.
7. understanding of GIS(Geographical Information Systems) is Must
8. Ability to manage and organize data in Excel
Good to have
1. Hands-on in the Maps environment
2. Experience in working with Tableau or any other Reporting database
3. Understanding of SQL or similar querying tools
4. Understanding of Agile concepts
