Roles and Responsibilities:
• Project Management, Task Allocation and Monitoring.
• Project Review & Reports Writing.
• Accountable for every aspect of the project
• Responsible for meeting the project requirements.
• Planning everything from execution to delivery
• Directing the team to achieve a common goal
• Delegating work effectively
• Managing the deployment deliverables
• Monitoring progress and track roadblocks
• Conducting regular meetings
• Managing documentation and reports.
• To oversee and monitor the team members work, tasks etc.
• Seek progress updates from team members.
• Coordination of IT PMU team to prioritize the requirements.
• Close coordination with Team Leader and Solution Architect.
• Facilitate the Scrum Meeting and remove the impediments.
• Planning and monitoring the project
• Managing the deliverables, ensure risk management.
• Coordination with PMU team.
• Planning project from execution to delivery.
• Managing the project constraints.
• Ensure timely submission of MPR and Invoices.
