Job Description:
Job Title:- Project Manager/ Business Analysts.
Grade:- Manager/ Senior Manager.
Department:- IT- Treasury/ Swift.
Reporting To :- Treasury Head.
Position Purpose :- We are looking for resources who can be part of Treasury IT team and manage the day-to-day business cases/issues related to Swift Application along with running Project independently across Swift. The said resource will be responsible for running Swift projects and analyses for the production issues pertaining to Swift Application and related interfaces.
Position Responsibilities :- • Handling business requirements/queries.
• Understand the payment workflows and build long term solutions.
• Breaks management and escalation
• Work closely with teams and understand the pain areas and partner with different teams to deliver solutions and develop /foster ideas.
• Understand the data landscape access swift payments reason and work to build consistency in the approach.
• Building strong and strategic presentation (preparing BCD/BRD/FSD).
• Functional and technical expertise.
• Strong business and data analysis skills, including ability to research and understand different data point.
• Need to have a great knowledge on SWIFT and payments flow.
• Details understand of various recon and risk / Impact analysis.
• Excellent problem solving skills, leadership skills to influence, be a part of Technology and solutions
• Face different types of audits e.g IS audit, CSITE (RBI) audit , CSP KYC SA
• Closely work with infra , infosec , Security team to close VA/CA points.
• Complete understand about SWIFT components and the architecture.
• Understand about STP from back office application and CBS.
• Technical understand about Entrust application, soft tokens, hard tokens and related upgrades.
• End to end complete Understand about project lifecycle phases, good to have skills about Vendor Management.
Qualifications and Experience Requirement:- Essential Bachelor in Computer Science/Information Technology.
Threshold Competencies:- • Resource should have minimum 5 years of work experience particularly in Swift application
• Open to handle the product issues and implementation of new product.
• Application upgrade project handling.
• Swift Basic Tracker
• RMA and RMA Plus: managing correspondent connections
• Swift Transaction Screening
• Swift O2M
• Swift KYC SA portal
• Swift Multi format messages
• Swift Payment control system
• Swift SRX Juniper boxes setup and management
• Good technical knowledge of linux, windows, Citrix VDI
• Knowledge of Treasury and Finacle applications will be added advantage.
